Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Mainframe integration. Proficiency in Eclipse and JavaScript is a must. A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to acquire business domain knowledge quickly and effectively is essential for success in this role.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, or JBOSS IDEs, as well as knowledge of XML Schema and Processing Technologies, such as JAXB and XSLT. A deep understanding of Core Java Patterns and J2EE Design Patterns is also desirable.
