Job Summary

Randstad is partnering with a reputable insurance company to fill a permanent position on their team managing commercial lines. This role involves managing existing business on secured accounts, with a base salary and commission and bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within assigned commercial accounts.
  • Manage accounts within commercial lines, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to inform account strategies.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in insurance/commercial lines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in commercial lines account management or client services.
