Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Accountable2You. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our software and provide solutions or escalate to technical teams as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our software and its features to provide accurate and helpful support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software and technologies
  • Experience with Zendesk, Help Scout, or other similar software
