Job Description
As a Chief Physician in our Hospital Medicine department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include admitting patients, conducting rounds, discharging patients, and observing patient conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in hospital medicine, including certifications from ABIM or ABFM. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Working Environment
Our hospital has 50 beds and 10 ICU beds, making it an ideal place for physicians who enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment. We use Epic EMR and have a Level IV Trauma designation.
Staffing Model
Our staffing model includes two physicians during the day and one physician on-call at night, with additional support from telemedicine specialists.
