Overview

PacifiCorp is a leading electric utility company seeking a highly skilled Electrical Operations Manager to oversee the distribution territory in Albany, Oregon. Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $133,000 to $156,500, with an additional 20% discretionary performance incentive bonus. Benefits include comprehensive health care, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition assistance, and short- and long-term disability coverage.

Job Description

This Electrical Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and implementing business objectives, strategies, and plans in support of company goals.
  • Managing financial and employee resources, adhering to department budgets, and developing innovative leadership techniques to improve safety and efficiency.
  • Liaising with other business areas to develop working relationships and agreements.
  • Providing plans, processes, targets, and implementation mechanisms for establishing best practice operations and maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of seven years' experience in operations and/or project management, including financial oversight and personnel development.
  • A minimum of three years of functional or direct people management experience, with proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence employees.
