Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team on the Liberty Cruise. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for opening and closing side-work, which includes polishing glassware and silverware, setting the dining room for brunch/dinner service, and preparing side stations with necessary items.
  • Welcoming guests aboard and assisting them in seating comfortably in their designated section.
  • Accurately taking guests' food and drink orders while collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery.
  • Memorizing menu dishes and cocktails to upsell premium options.
  • Assisting with table upkeep, bussing, and maintaining a clean and presentable dining area.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Server or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering information systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
