Job Summary

As a Speech Therapist with Physicians Choice Home Health, you will provide high-quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, and developing treatment plans to optimize patients' communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills.

Maintain professional conduct that reflects our commitment to quality service in all interactions.

Help patients achieve their goals through speech therapy, monitoring and reporting progress toward short- and long-term treatment objectives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current license, registration, or certification in your state of practice.

At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred).

Strong verbal, written communication, and time management skills.

Valid driver's license (clean record) and reliable transportation.

Proof of current auto insurance and vehicle registration.

Current CPR certification (we can assist) and a negative TB test (we provide testing).
