We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to help drive revenue growth through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experience. About the RoleThis position involves presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, as well as prospecting and contacting potential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting agreed-upon sales targets by deadlines and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Presents and sells company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospects and contacts potential customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities
- Meets or exceeds monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and resources
- Provides exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up appointments
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and resolve conflicts
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Bilingual - Spanish language proficiency is an asset in this role
This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development within our award-winning State Farm Agency.
