Job Summary

This comprehensive 12-week learning experience in Performance Coatings Group R&D is designed to provide timely and accurate solutions to multiple-company problems of moderate complexity. As a Summer Research Assistant, you will be accountable for leading and supporting new product development projects across a wide range of market segments. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the P&M technical team to support projects in the areas of color development, quality support for current product lines, continuous improvement initiatives, technology transfers, and raw material support.
