About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an Autism Support Specialist. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and their families.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized therapy plans that promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth in children with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with autism in home, community, or center-based settings
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments
  • Collect and summarize data during sessions to inform treatment planning
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be available to work after-school hours, weekends, and holidays, and have reliable transportation to provide in-home services. Additionally, you must maintain a clean background/drug screening record and driving record.

Compensation
