Housekeeping Manager

The House Steward is a vital member of the Heartsworth Nursing & Rehabilitation team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our facility. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Coordinate with nursing services to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services
• Monitor and maintain the appearance of housekeeping areas, including resident rooms and common areas
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure sanitation, order, and safety standards are met
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, and visitors
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
