Job Summary:

The Night Shift Operations Manager at QuickChek is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the overnight shift. This includes completing assigned tasks, demonstrating Total Customer Dedication (TCD), and motivating fellow Team Members to be productive while the store manager is offsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service
Sweep, mop, and clean as necessary
Maintain a clean and organized store, including bathrooms
Follow proper guidelines for food preparation, cash handling, timekeeping, sanitation, and other procedures
Price, pack-out, and face grocery/other orders
Cross-train in deli, branded foods, bakery, and cashier duties
Adhere to loss prevention guidelines

Requirements:

~1+ Year supervisory experience preferred
~ Available and comfortable with working Overnight/3rd shift
~ Excellent communication skills
~ Strong attention to detail
~ Ability to motivate and work with a team
~ Punctuality and excellent attendance record
