About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Caregiving: Assess patients' physical, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual dimensions, as well as their educational and discharge needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.
  • Patient Education: Teach clients and their families about disease processes, self-care skills, and strategies for managing chronic conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate for policies and services that promote the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and participate in community activities that raise awareness about disabilities.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent
  • Specialized knowledge and clinical skills in rehabilitation nursing
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, therapeutic environment
Benefits
