We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range between $75,000 - $85,000 and an additional $19,000 in annual variable target earnings, totaling up to $104,000.

The Clinical Sales Specialist II is an advanced-level position with a primary focus on large hospital systems. This role requires supporting Masimo products and maintaining relationships with clinicians and other key stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Clinical Sales Specialist II consults with healthcare partners and skilled clinicians to identify solutions for optimal care at a lower cost through automating patient management across the continuum of care using Masimo products, measurements, and data.

This individual works closely with the Masimo Account Manager to develop and execute a strategy to support customers' strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include consulting on workflow solutions to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency, uncovering opportunities to expand Masimo solutions, and working with the account manager to meet territory sales objectives.

The Clinical Sales Specialist II develops and maintains ongoing partnerships with Masimo customers, focusing on large hospitals or health systems, to meet or exceed their expectations.

This role requires prioritizing and planning independently, as well as collaboratively with sales and CS team members, to meet company goals and achieve customer satisfaction/loyalty.

The Clinical Sales Specialist II provides advanced troubleshooting and product support, performs project management roles, leads clinical specialist roles, and assumes resource roles for on-site implementations, evaluations, and additional projects.

This position involves extensive travel (50% or more) and requires a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the company's insurance requirements.
