Job Title: Awake Overnight Residential Counselor

Job Summary:

Vinfen is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
  • Provide overnight support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Participate in nightly cleaning and filing duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury strongly preferred
  • Strong time management and writing skills
  • Ability to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment
