About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Serve You Rx, a full-service pharmacy solutions provider. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the pharmacy benefit management space
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, consultants, and TPAs
  • Utilize advanced consultative selling and negotiation skills to close new business deals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmacy benefit management space
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
