Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager for Manufacturing Process to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Job Summary:
  • Serve as a quality control specialist in our manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with quality management system standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management procedures.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or quality control experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and quality management software.
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in inspection tools and equipment.
  • Experience reading blueprints.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 or TS 16949 environment.
