Hospice Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty Hospice. Our dedicated staff provides state-of-the-art care and pain management services to patients and families facing terminal illness.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply nursing theories and concepts to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate physical care with patients, families, physicians, and the Hospice team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and agency personnel.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and quality reviews.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least one year in hospice nursing.
- Knowledge of home health and hospice care programs and the nurse's role in patient care.
- 12 hours of continuing education annually.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to accept travel assignments and weekend/evening call duties.
