Paint Line Technician Job Description

We are Generac Power Systems, a leading energy technology company committed to powering a smarter world.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment and following established procedures, processes, and policies. You will also load and unload raw parts from the paint line efficiently and have knowledge and understanding of quality impacts.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Comply with site safety rules
  • Load and unload raw parts from the paint line efficiently
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality impacts
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Able to lift up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
  • Frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and ability to adjust focus
Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time position offering an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. Generac Power Systems offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
