Job SummaryAs a Primary Care Physician with Marathon Health, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned health centers. Our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model offers many benefits, including enhanced relationships with patients, aligned incentives, focus on preventive care, and a flexible practice approach with improved quality of life.
Our ideal candidate is a board-certified or eligible physician with a passion for delivering full-spectrum primary care. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute care. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $230,000-$280,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned health centers
- Deliver comprehensive medical services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
- Active state license required; DEA preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency
