Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Natick, Massachusetts. As a PTA with VRNS, you will have the opportunity to provide physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes and make a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educating patients and families on exercise techniques and activities
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting treatments
Requirements:
- A valid MA Physical Therapy Assistant license
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits:
