Key Responsibilities

">
  • Conduct home visits to assess individual family needs and develop tailored plans to address these needs.
  • Build relationships with local community resources and organizations to provide comprehensive support to families.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training events and conference calls to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in the field.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in family support, child development, or a related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Registered Nurse (RN) with current and active licensure.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,225 - $75,335 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
