$62,000 - $72,000 per annum, based on experience

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN Partner, you will work closely with our residents and other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment. This role involves providing direct and indirect care, including IV therapy, wound care, and geriatric assessment and management.

Units and Services
Our 3 East unit specializes in caring for residents with Alzheimer's/dementia, utilizing verbal and non-verbal communication techniques. The Transitional Rehabilitation Unit provides short-term, skilled nursing and rehab services to patients recovering from fractures, joint replacements, and other illnesses or injuries. Our 3 West unit offers long-term care services in a home-like environment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid State of Maine or compact RN license
  • 1-3 years previous RN experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work 24 hours/day, 7 days a week
