Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Instructor to join our team at the West Central Arkansas Workforce Development Area. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational education programs to high school students and adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver instructional content in agriculture and related fields.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to develop and maintain relevant curriculum.
  • Attend workshops and conferences to stay current on best practices in vocational education.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in the vocational area taught.
  • Teacher certification 010, 218.
  • Ability to teach welding is required.
  • Ability to teach Animal Systems is also desired.
