VSA Resorts is seeking a seasoned Revenue Strategy Director to lead revenue operations for multi-property timeshare resorts in Orlando. As the ideal candidate, you will maintain a cohesive and analytical revenue management culture, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit that optimizes the revenue potential of the assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Inventory Maximization: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue across all distribution channels.
  • Forecasting Rental Revenues: Conduct regular analysis of rate strategies and tactics to inform future decision-making and drive accuracy in forecasting rental revenues.
  • Optimizing Distribution Channels: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to increase production from Vacatia.com and ensure optimal business mix management.
  • Profit-led Revenue Strategies: Implement recommendations across all channels to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in business/management or finance.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in hospitality revenue management, managing large-sized assets.
  • Preferred understanding of the Orlando market, including on-strip and off-strip demand generators.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
