Job Summary

Providence House is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Addiction Counselor to join our team in Arnegard, ND. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing innovative programs that align with our mission and meet all regulatory standards.

Our comprehensive addiction services include adult residential treatment, outpatient treatment, group and individual counseling, alcohol/drug evaluations, and personalized treatment planning. We are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients and are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' substance use histories.
  • Document comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual implications.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure coordinated care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Lead educational sessions and addiction group therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with CFR 42 regulations when sharing patient information.
  • Evaluate and refine programs and services to enhance effectiveness.
  • Participate in daily clinical meetings to review patient progress.
