Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager RN - Surgery to oversee the management and coordination of quality patient care in a cost-effective manner at Swedish Edmonds. This role will be accountable for implementing quality assurance measures, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with patient care standards and performance expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 3+ years of progressively responsible nursing management experience, preferably as a Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor in an acute care hospital
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively
