Job Description

At Clackamas County Bank, we are seeking a skilled Banking Professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to our customers. Your primary duties will include serving as a paying and receiving teller, balancing transactions daily, and maintaining the security of assigned cash.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, have knowledge of bank services, and listen for opportunities to make service suggestions to customers.
  • Perform Teller duties with little or no supervision, adhering to bank policy, audit, and banking regulations.
  • Balance cash drawer daily and maintain a balancing record in accordance with CCB standards.
  • Process transactions involving checks, cash, and savings, run all teller work through the scanner, and adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and internal auditing guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Keep current on learning about bank services and products, successfully complete all assigned reading material, and required compliance training.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Regularly interact with co-workers, expected to take the initiative to help see the work is done and to help research or solve problems.
