About the Role

This is an in-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week. Candidates must live within an easy commute of Philadelphia, PA. To help, our compensation package includes some great commuter benefits.

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the heart of the member experience, truly aiming to create great days for all who enter your office. Your day may be filled with tasks such as:

  • Preparing the office for the day, including brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies for your location.
  • Building events and designing unique signage to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Onboarding new members and ensuring their first day is seamless and memorable.
  • Assisting members with IT or wifi issues, no job is too big or too small.
  • Participating in local marketing events to promote our flexible solutions.
  • Providing tours of the office while assisting other potential members.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is able to:

  • Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Operate machines and appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
  • Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.

The hourly compensation for this position is $23.05. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.

You will also be eligible for a number of generous perks including:

  • Fixed hours to give you stability
  • $500 Sign on Bonus
  • Commuter Stipend of $150 / quarter
  • Travel stipend $150/ annually (after 90 days)
  • End of Year Bonus of $1500
  • Sick pay as required by law
  • Benefits bundle through Sequoia

Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious' total compensation package that may be available to employees.
