Strategic Program Manager for Military Family Support

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Program Manager to lead our New Parent Support services in San Antonio, Texas. As a member of our team at Strategic Resources, Inc., you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to military families and ensuring the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the leader of our New Parent Support team, overseeing the delivery of comprehensive services to military families.
- Support the Program Manager in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of contract deliverables.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure service delivery during times when positions are vacant.
- Actively work with our Human Resources Department to interview and select the best-qualified candidates to fill all contract positions.
- Maintain contact with installation government representatives/monitors to ensure contract employees are adhering to all contract requirements.
- Collect and review client feedback on the quality of services being delivered and take corrective action to resolve, improve, or make necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- Masters degree from an accredited institution in business management; social work; psychology; marriage, family, and child counseling; counseling or behavioral science, education, community health, or public health.
- At least five years of experience in programs serving new and expecting parents of children ages 0-3.
- At least two years of prior experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing large-scale projects of the same or similar to the Army's New Parent Program.
- At least two years of experience working with a military or civilian social service agency serving military families.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the military organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policies pertaining to the Department of Defense.
- Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
