Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a RN, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with complex diagnoses, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans.

About the Role

  • Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines to establish patient goals and interventions.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, delegating tasks to staff as needed.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, promoting patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
