We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Del Sol Medical Center in east El Paso, Texas. Your Role as a Registered NurseIn this rewarding position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery, and making informed decisions to improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and make informed decisions about patient treatment.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding and adherence to instructions.
We seek a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in medical nursing, preferably in an acute care setting, and hold current certifications in ACLS and BLS. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred but not required.
