Job Description:

As a Helpdesk Resolution Engineer at Pop-Up Talent, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support services to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Develop and implement knowledge management processes to improve incident resolution rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Autotask and other IT service management tools

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
