We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Medical Support Professional to join our team at Betances Health Center.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong clinical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical terminology, be able to navigate electronic medical records, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Generate accurate and timely encounters for all medical visits, prepare required forms, and assist providers with various procedures.
  • Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, print appointment cards, and referrals in a efficient and organized manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for patient care, including CIR immunization records, abnormal letters, no-show letters, and filling out CPE forms.
  • Translation Services: Provide translation services during patient visits to ensure effective communication.
  • Vital Signs: Perform vital signs on patients according to visit type, including BP, HR, temperature, PEF, and Pulse Oximeter readings.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient information, including social history, annual comprehensive assessments, and tobacco use screenings.

In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care, promote health education, and support population health initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
