We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bowling Lane Cashier to join our team at Entertainment Promotions. As a Bowling Lane Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the accuracy of sales, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bowling lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately sell and assign bowling lanes to customers
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bowling lanes and surrounding areas
  • Turn over lanes quickly to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Assist customers with lane issues and provide basic troubleshooting
  • Operate a point of sale terminal and handle cash transactions
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
