Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Electrical Talent Recruiter. As a Recruiter for Electrical and Low-Voltage Talent, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent in the electrical and low-voltage industry.

Your primary objective will be to facilitate the onboarding process with new candidates, while also identifying fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies. You will be required to make a minimum of 50 calls each day to prospective and existing candidates, and place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and/or recent military experience, as well as computer literacy in a Microsoft Windows environment. Prior internship/work experience in sales, marketing or customer service environment is preferred, as is bilingualism in both Spanish and English.

We offer a competitive salary of $43,888 plus uncapped commission, as well as a range of benefits including paid time off, low-cost health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize our internal database and various job boards to identify potential candidates
  • Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming jobs
  • Facilitate onboarding process with new candidates
  • Identify fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies
  • Make a minimum of 50 calls each day to prospective and existing candidates
  • Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly
  • Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
  • Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or recent military experience
  • Computer literacy in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Prior internship/work experience in sales, marketing or customer service environment preferred
  • Interest in Recruiting and/or Sales and Account Management
  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English
