We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Full-Time Night shift position.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality nursing care for patients by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. This includes administering medications as ordered, leading and guiding nursing assistants, and assisting physicians with rounds as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies.
  3. SUPERVISE AND GUIDE NURSING ASSISTANTS IN PROVIDING QUALITY CARE TO PATIENTS.
  4. Collaborate with physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documents related to patient care.

Requirements:

  1. A valid North Carolina RN license and CPR certification.
  2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  4. Familiarity with geriatric nursing practices.
