Salary
The salary range for this position is $36,000 - $54,000 per year.

Job Description
This role involves working with training and development specialists that design and conduct technical training for PSE&G's trade apprentices. The position will be hybrid, with a blend of onsite and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate various platforms to store images, illustrations, and diagrams for use in instructional content such as MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Gather and store media from various sources including shared drives, existing training materials, outside departments, and corporate libraries.
  • Catalog media by creating and applying tags and metadata to aid in searching.
  • Assist in creating instructional material for use in training the Training Staff on using the media library.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Technology, Communications, or Education and graduating between December 2025 and May 2028. Students graduating in May/June 2025 are not eligible unless they are enrolling in a post-graduate degree program in the fall term of 2025. A valid driver's license and clean driving history is required. We prefer candidates with a 3.0 GPA and time management skills.
