Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Homewood, IL.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to students in grades 9-12, addressing their social, emotional, and academic needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community resources to ensure student well-being.
  • Develop intervention plans and facilitate workshops that promote mental health awareness and resilience.
  • Serve as a liaison between the school and external mental health services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a school social worker.
  • Experience working with adolescents in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
