About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in Inpatient Dialysis at DaVita. As an Acute (Inpatient) Dialysis Nurse, you will deliver specialized nephrology care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lifesaving Care: Provide compassionate and effective treatment to patients undergoing hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and apheresis.
  • Patient Observation: Conduct regular patient observations, measure vital signs, and oversee machine setup with the support of PCTs.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • An Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with flexibility in scheduling.
