MRI Assistant

Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a skilled Front Desk/MRI Tech Assistant to support our clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care. As a vital member of our team, you will handle front desk duties while working closely with MRI Technologists to assist patients during MRI procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support during MRI procedures.
- Assist MRI Technologists with patient preparation and imaging sessions.
- Register patients and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage patient payments and process financial transactions.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or patient care.
- Ability to work as needed (PRN) based on center schedule and patient volume.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to assist MRI Technologists with patient preparation and support.
- Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with phone and computer systems.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and patient privacy.
