About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Life-Changing Care Specialist to join our team at Aspire Supports. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges.

About You:
As a Life-Changing Care Specialist, you will provide safe and supportive care to our participants in their own homes or licensed settings. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies and activities derived from individualized service plans, such as outings to museums, parties, work, school, movies, local businesses, and community events.

Responsibilities:
Safely perform duties related to the overall well-being of participants, including providing support for daily living tasks, mobility assistance, and promoting independence.
Implement Individualized Service Plans, ensuring that each participant's needs are met and goals are achieved.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and caregivers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Benefits:
Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience.
