About the Role:

The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) Data Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the administrative and data entry functions of Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the Grantee Performance Management System (GPMS) and Caseworthy data management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the GPMS and Caseworthy systems.
  • Perform data entry and data management tasks to support the administrative and operational functions of the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless data integration and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement data management processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
