BOM Analyst

Job Summary:

As a BOM Analyst at Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems I LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining Manufacturing Bills of Materials and ensuring the accuracy of Launch BOMs. You will also establish and adhere to an annual BOM review process and lead BOM review meetings with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will participate in Engineering Change Meetings and Launch Reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of Launch BOMs
• Maintain Manufacturing Bills of Materials
• Establish and adhere to an annual BOM review process
• Lead BOM review meetings with cross-functional teams
• Participate in Engineering Change Meetings and Launch Reviews

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in the field
• Less than 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
• Ability to travel and work at customer sites
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Email
• Previous experience with Inventory Control Planning and Supply Chain Management
