Job Summary

Cambia Health seeks a seasoned professional to lead our Government Programs Compliance efforts. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive Medicare compliance structure, ensuring compliance with Medicare Part C and Part D contracts, MediGap, and FEP. You will coordinate and implement compliance activities, partnering with leadership across various divisions to maintain a high level of compliance.

This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of health care laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for compliance and leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Medicare compliance structure
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare Part C and Part D contracts, MediGap, and FEP
  • Coordinate and implement compliance activities
  • Partner with leadership across various divisions to maintain a high level of compliance
  • Lead a team of compliance professionals to ensure effective compliance with health care laws and regulations
Requirements
  • J.D. or Master's degree in health care administration, public service administration, or related field
  • Seven years of work experience in personnel management and compliance-related activities, legislative and regulatory activities, health insurance operations, or legal research
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to provide responsive leadership, delegate, coordinate, and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health plan and Medicare legislation and regulations
