Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our efforts in developing and implementing programs that advance our mission. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development of high-quality educational programs and activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy to increase the quantity and quality of programs delivered and number of people served
  • Manage and supervise program staff, including contract workers, interns, and volunteers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key collaborative partners and community networks
  • Design and deliver high-quality leadership, equity, diversity, and inclusion programs, as well as interfaith programs
  • Promote NCCJ's programs and services to external organizations and stakeholders
  • Identify and cultivate potential clients, program participants, and opportunities
  • Stay current with emerging human relations issues and resources

Requirements

  • BA or equivalent in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience working in program administration and work in the fields of education, organizational development, diversity, and/or change management
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
  • Coaching or teaching experience a plus
  • Adept at group facilitation, including work with adults and youth
  • Proven ability to work in partnership with diverse populations; especially to collaboratively develop curriculum for educational programming

Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging between $45,000 and $55,000
