Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless installation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH network equipment and smart home devices
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet installation targets
  • Travel to customer locations to complete installations
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
