Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description:

Under the general direction of Assistant Director of Housing Services, this role coordinates and provides support to students and their constituents regarding housing assignments and policies within Residential Life.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and compile reports as needed.
  • Provide individual support and advice to students and constituents concerning housing assignments and processes.
  • Serve as the first contact for students and parents dealing with housing assignment concerns.
  • Manage card access to residential facilities.
  • Consult with other University departments and offices as needed.
  • Respond to department emails and communicate with students and constituents.
  • Provide general office support, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist in producing informational materials.
  • Write and disseminate technical materials to support program activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills and experience working in customer service situations.
  • Experience managing complex projects/tasks.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity when working with diverse populations.
