Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing production, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring the center is 'inspection ready.'

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee production and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure the center meets inspection standards
  • Participate in recruiting and performance management activities
  • Manage center financial responsibilities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience, including 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
