Medical Practice Director

This leadership position at Atrium Health oversees day-to-day operations in our satellite clinics. The Lead Physical Therapist will supervise a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, establish, and implement treatment programs for patients of all ages as a practicing therapist.
- Supervise staff, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapist assistants, and rehabilitation aides, to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and lead staff meetings as needed to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Participate in the hiring process for new therapists and rehabilitation aides.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of employee performance and patient outcomes.
- Licensure: Licensed as a Therapist by the Georgia State Board of their given education.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of practice as a therapist with demonstrated competence in caring for diverse patient populations.
- Leadership Skills: Shows aptitude and desire for leadership and responsibility.
- Past experience in leadership or initiative for added responsibilities.
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, employees of Atrium Health enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
